The 10 year service time cliff really irritates me. Regression is understandable but it’s too harsh especially with players that debut early. A 29 year old shouldn’t hit a cliff the same as a 36 year old simply because they debuted earlier
I’m not sure why it didn’t affect my player when I did a career sim of him, he was still a 99 through 16 years of service time and still was putting up 20 bombs a year
I feel like it’s unlikely to see 2-way players that aren’t like Ohtani or close because if they are only mediocre at one side of the game, he’ll just get moved to play that position only. You kinda have to be a stud if you want to be a 2-way

Depends on your current Roster State, Say I got too many players where he dosent really have a spot besides DH or occasional start (Hitting), I would still go for both, personally if I had a Two way player I would want him in Hitting at least to be a Great Contact hitter, not Power Per Say like Ohatani like it's nice wont knock him for it at all cause hes a Stud. Just if one Man could give me Great pitching and Ocassional extra baserunner once in a while then hes def going full 2 way for me, then the cherry is he Takes up 1 Roster spot. Its very Situational and personal preference, but my opinion also is from the place of Pitching is way too Easy and the real challenge in our Game is hitting .400 so hitter way more valuable then pitcher to me, to an extent
Second all time member of the 400-400 club? 72 WAR? Yeah, he'd definitely be in the HOF as a hitter. He'd be one player that the old and young voters could agree on, for sure.
I thought a decent idea for a video would be splitting AL and NL by college players and players out of high school or internationally. Don’t know how the numbers shake out but worth a shot

@@handheldnintendofan I don't mind rebuilds, but not exclusively. For sure, I also like to follow a franchise with some gameplay, etc. I mentioned awhile ago that something happened with the Cubs save that resulted in him needing to start over and he wasn't sure, something like that.
Repost time - 2 ideas for rebuild 2 Team Fantasy draft rebuild - goal is to have them face each other in the World Series. Sim the career of an 99 overall maxed out player. BUT! At the beginning of every season, max out his stats so he stays a 99. oh and sign them to 15 year contracts. lol
Actually, the Rule 5 draft is a draft for players who have been in the minors 4+ years and aren't on the 40 man roster. It has absolutely nothing to do with free agency. It's an interesting idea for him to try. I don't know if it's possible to make a good team that way, since Rule 5 guys are almost always trash.
