Have two Leviton meters, one 3-ph and one of then 1-ph 240VAC VerifEye. Easy to install, but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE accuracy, primitive circuit design, and very little engineer support (manuals are an absolute joke). Does not remotely read accurately on single-phase 240VAC hook-up UNLESS the meter is reading a 240VAC load. Any individual power draw on a 115VAC load (one leg only) of the 240VAC meter will make the meter so inaccurate as to be useless. I'm guessing Leviton is basically a plastic injection molding company that buys everything and repackages it in nice plastic housings.
can i use this for a guest house?
