I was just thinking about doing this, then DOC posted vid on it. 👌
These aftermarket pedals appear quite different compared to the factory BMW M Performance pedals. For example, the factory rest pedal has the "M" logo, which this one lacks, and I'm not crazy about the fake screw holes on these. The real ones have real screws for a reason .... to hold them tight! I'm guessing that for only 20 pounds the actual quality is different too.
Having done this myself, it's a good idea to clean the footrest before sticking anything to it.
I got the other two but Will the foot rest cover fit on my 2013 5 series ?
But doc I have those in my 2 cars and at least in the accelerator you need to secure with the Allen screws to secure properly.thanks for your videos!!Robert from Tampa Florida.

Have you noticed any difference in the feel of the pedals? Like do they grip better the shoes or are they more slippery?
The grip much much better especially with wet shoes, bearing in mind I now have M performance mats from BMW which are leather so that’s one of the reasons why I never bothered with the originals in there.

It certainly looks great, but homie. Prep work must be done during ANY install, especially for that stick on foot rest plate. This would have been the ideal time to pull the floor mat, vacuum and preferably spray and wipe the pedals with rubbing alcohol and a lint free cloth so its unlikely to peel from its mount.
Might even be a good time to look into lubricating hinges and pedal linkages, and install clutch stops in manuals (such as my e46).
Can’t agree with you there. Purely based on the fact your watching this video 3 months after I installed these and there still perfectly fine and let me tell you the foot rest is (STUCK) I mean stuck I feel if I pull it I will rip the whole footrest out.
I haven’t just installed this today and uploaded it and the pedals have been brilliant with no issues. I get many don’t realise that and think this is a fresh install, as for the mats and hoover that’s all been done just bear in mind your watching a very old video here.
And just to clarify you couldn’t do this on E series as it’s not available this is only for F series so as for E46 I don’t know where that come from anyone who watches this will probably have a F series and probably the auto therefore as for clutch stops, no need to go that crazy about cars I barely use. Please remember this isn’t my only car

I would have used a kitchen wet wipe to clean the footrest first.

Have a look at the original and have a look at these. With the BMW ones you have to “Drill” holes into your brake pedal ONLY. The accelerator pedal and footrest cover is exactly the same as this. Usually I only buy genuine but when I looked on ETK and it showed the exact same as this, why am I going to pay £150 for the real ones when only one of the pedals is different to all the others ? Explain that to me
It’s not exactly the same bro. I have the genuine one and they don’t glim like these ones. The original one is different but nevertheless it’s a nice upgrade, enjoy 👍

It’s a BMW not a Porsche my friend. And the new owner was very pleased with the car bearing in mind this car was sold over a year ago. I made my money on the car as I do so not a problem for me 😃 watch my Porsche videos you may find them intresting as I don’t cheap out on Porsches
