What To Expect When Skiing Hunter Mountain On The Weekends

Weekend skiing in Hunter Mountain are always congested. If you have to go, best that you arrive before first lift so you can get a good parking spot, and a few runs in before the crowds arrive by noon time.

I'm going midweek in February for a day, how busy will it be? I am from England never skied the east coast before so not sure what to expect

midweek are usually the best time to go since it is less crowded. unless it gets unusually warm again, during your visit, the mountain should have all trails available which should disperse the crowds even on an active snow day.

Does anybody know how much ski rental is?

For a per day rental, it could cost around $70 if you get directly from the resort. Outside the resort there are ski shops that can be cheaper by $15-$20.
