All these guys were blazing fast but the strength and speed of Ricky Charmichael used to really blow me away. Here he is late in his career still smoking everyone. Reed and Stewart were also all out in those days. A great era in the sport.

Stew was never as awesome as when reed had taken him out so he could come from behind chargin fakkin furious. 3sec a lap faster through traffic than anybody else. Those races and his 125 races are my fav🐐
I'f you look real close you'll see Tim Ferry gets smacked in the chin in that crash that's why he picked up the other bike. Because he's had every colored bike and that hit was raw.
Watch at 10:50 to 10:54. Going over the bars was Stewart's thing! He wrecked in that fashion more than any other time. I can remember five or six times he wrecked in this exact way. Set bouncing a jump and it just kicked him wrong. He almost put it in the dirt this time, but didn't.

Reed was always 3rd best when bubba and Rc on track he was 4th best when bubba dungey and villipoto was on the track god I hated reed
R.C. and Bubba the 2 greatest to ever do it if Kawa didn't screw Stewart he woulda had mad wins
