Definitely glad I caught these for retail today, definitely wanted the Keisha’s but that ain’t happening. Haven’t had new balances in like a decade so this is the perfect reintroduction for me.
The fact that the Keisha pack released in Chicago is wild to me because the movie had NY artist and took place mainly in NY. Dropped the ball on that but I love em
I got my intros on the way. I'm a fan of the hairy suede only NB can do. The Kisha colorway was Chicago only since that's where he's from, so we can't be mad at him showing his hometown love. Will I try for the outros? I'm not sure, but I know neither pair will sit. Dope review 👌

Very nice detailed review , I got the outtro pair which I thought was the best from the pack in my opinion & the intros following that , wasn’t really digging the blue pair
The outro colorway is inspired by the same scene the intro is inspired by specifically the part you referenced with Nas sitting down and the picture being placed behind him
Is it me or do these not fit like the original v4? I have all the 990s, same size but these.. my foot sits much lower in them and even more so cause of the sole which is a much more soft material than the solid foam sole in the og’s. Almost feel like those old thin ultra boost soles. This is causing the back to run the back of my ankles.
Dope review easy pass @ that price point would’ve copped around 150-160 range $200 plus is bananas love Joe fresh work but i can’t keep throwing away money any more
Intros are the best out of the pack in my opinion. These are a worthy contender for my sneaker cop of the year.
Finally a review on these. Can’t wait for mine to come in. I think the Keisha’s are the coolest looking but the Intro’s are more wearable to me.
