However, the performance of each player is not going to be equal. Give a team of silvers a perfect draft and watch them get crushed by any LCK team wielding 5 supports. (Just an example, not trying to imply that FNC is silver.) Any team comp _can_ win if they go up +7000 gold, but certain team comps are more or less likely to win against others. Choosing a draft that maximizes the chance of winning is always desirable, hence why draft analysis is important. This is kind of reasoning applies in all sorts of contexts. A lawyer can tell you with a high degree of certainty what the correct legal outcome is in any given case, but no lawyer worth their salt would dare to bet their life on that outcome were the trial to go before a jury. (Since I'm sure somebody will mention it if I don't: Betting is not a refutation to my point, since betting is A. for fun, with the expectation that you might lose and B. only done before the game starts to get access to better odds.)

G2 with Olaf R, Maokai R, Kai'sa R and Liss E constantly want to engage. Meanwhile FNC with Taliyah E to stop dashes, Syndra scatter, Xayah E and R and Rakan R can stop any engages. G2's champions are currently probably individually stronger, but FNC's comp thematically counters theirs.

Ornn was even with K'sante the entire game until the end...if game goes late FNC draft in game 4 is easy because Ornn becomes a god tank while giving all of fnatic giga mythic items and G2 has no anti tank champion or way to kill him Draven will do negative dmg to him even with last whisperer, then Ivern will pop off with shields and Daisy, G2's Syndra wouldnt be able to walk up and stay in range if they pressured her flash because she is an immobile mage she would just gets cc chained, Taliyah can control terrain with her E which would make it hard for G2 to walk up or their champions to be able to dash. But that is the draft theory if FNC stalled, didn't blunder and didn't play into G2's strengths.

Not really - They have the stronger bot 2v2. They have the safer toplane pick in Renekton. Taliyah is used as a counter to Maokai due to her ability to damage him on his root and knock him back. Syndra is a counter to Jayce.
