Jewish law explicitly states that abortion is not only permitted but required if the mother’s life or health is endangered. This is why abortions are legal in Israel. The Jeremiah verse - Jeremiah was afraid to be a prophet & that was God telling him God created him for that purpose. Won't find anything anti-abortion in the OT since the Jews never had a problem with it.
