Interesting to compare this to Annette Hanshaw’s much earlier version. Both great! One a popular singer the other a jazz singer. My only knock against Sarah Vaughn is that her instrument was so varied and flexible that sometimes I think she tried to do a little too much with it. Not in this number, though.
