I come from crossfit and fitniss and i started padel exactly one year ago. Stopped with crossfit and fitniss and my knees are killing me every morning 😅. Now i started implementing strength training mainly for my legs and i can feel my knees are slowly starting to get better. I'm also not used to the short and explosive feetwork that you need in padel.
To be honest, all the lying on the floor isn't very appealing to me in the 0-5 °C weather I often play in winter here ..(outdoors but covered). But! You gave many varied tips, so for sure I will find some that suit me. Thanks Pau and Dani!
