Here’s a quick list of the ingredients as used in the video.
-Free range chicken (whole )
-seasoned with : salt/ curry/ thyme/ rosemary/ little bay 🍃 leaf / red onions / garlic / ginger / seasoning cubes
- corn flour
- sweer corn
-Carrots
-sweet heart tender cabbage
-spring onions
-some green pepper
-habanero pepper
