The key is to be overstimulating in a pleasant way that all the distracted parts of the brain are used up on the music, and the rest can focus on work.
Literally how my brain sounds when it's 9am and I haven't slept. Music sounds faster than it really is, your heartbeat is in your ears and you feel oversensitive and hyperaware.
The reason this makes you focus is because it's making your thoughts constantly switch and switch so fast that you can't even think about other things except what's in front of you. Awesome
The cure for ADHD is infecting your subconscious with ADHD so it's hyper-switching state it is in only calms down when it is trying to understand how it feels all about the entirety of one thing causing stimulation like a game or car crash and in this case crazy music, preventing it from easily switching. Your subconscious is your automatic reacter and what makes us move to different thoughts, I believe, and I believe that your less conscious mind switches on different topics one by one after processing how it feels about each one and most important for a whatever reason,; more pleasurable if you have adhd brain. If the thought becomes the superchanging music for a second, it cant grip on long enough to process the constant different audio as one thought to afterwards move to a next one. If your subconscious is switching you to other thoughts after understanding how you feel about one and rapid changing music plays, it locks the ability to process that thought to then move on to the next, resulting in a super-slowed switching thought process. The music it's processing, you're having a very hard time to understand it. So in the mean time you can consciously focus on things while you're subconscious is getting shot with a blanket minigun, covering it's eyes instead of easily seeing if there's more pleasurable(good) activities to do. It's like watching a mime.(listeninh to song) You got no fucking clue what he's doing because he doesn't say or show it(changing music) but you can keep watching until you finally know and lose your focus and interest(End of song or sound familiarity) Resulting, Leaves you alone to understand instead of unwillingly switch thoughts from a seemingly unimportant activity

Jerma just recently zerked to this on stream, it was wild. he started rapidly convulsing and shaking his head around, it was both entrancing and hilarious.
I’ve got maladaptive daydreaming on top of my adhd, these songs are both entirely devoid of daydream triggers and might even be disrupting any daydreams I try to get into, so that’s fancy.
I really like using fast paced music to study because I feel like when you listen to slow music you'll start to move slowly too. But that's just my opinion of course.
This music is "syncing" my ADHD thoughts; that's why it calms me down. Why ? Because THIS VIDEO *IS WHAT ADHD IS AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING IN OUR MIND RIGHT NOW 24/7 !* ) When two things are in "sync," they create an "illusion" and become one. So listening to this creates an ILLUSION because the energy of this song SYNCS so PERFECTLY with my ADHD thoughts that it creates the illusion that my overwhelming, jumping thoughts AREN'T THERE, and I finally feel relaxed. FOR ONCE MY BRAIN ISN'T RACING AND OVERWHELMED because this music really helps me escape the overwhelmed thoughts inside my head-I'm saving this!
as a neurodivergent this perfectly describes what goes on in my brain. just random thoughts that turn into long tangents, get cut off, replaced by others, blurred out, clipped, swapped, and patchworked into unrecognizable gibberish.
As someone with severe ADHD this actually feels like a pretty accurate representation of my train of thought and bad attention span. Like one thought jumps to the next before you can even finish the first thought. It didn't cure me unfortunately.
I don't know why but this like instantly calmed down my anxiety and self-doubt. I finally got started on the things I have been putting off. Thank you!
I have ADHD and the deal with breakcore is all the different patterns and switching from different pattern Cycles calms the part of my mind that is chaotic. Sort of like fighting Fire With fire.
I’m just trying to listen to this while i try to do my work but my brain keeps recognizing all the obscure 2010s touhou/vocaloid/anime/meme references that it’s distracting me from the distraction
Oddly enough, breakbeat and breakcore is great for ADHD. As chaotic and dissonant it sounds, the constant shifts and breaks give a bizarrely satisfying feeling. It is especially effective when you listen while doing chores or running errands. It helps you zone out. It's a little intimidating at first because a lot of these sounds resemble a horror film, but trust me. It's brilliant and addicting when you listen past the noise. It's an acquired taste.
As someone with adhd I thought this was total bullshit. Put it on anyway because the concept seemed interesting. I ended up listening to the full thing while cleaning my room and the kitchen. I don't think I've ever done such a good job at my chores as I did while listening to this. It is honestly very impressive
I remember watching this a couple of years ago thinking "I dont have ADHD but this is perfect for HW" and now here I am listening to it again doing HW this time diagnosed with ADHD lmao.
As someone who is neurodivergent and has ADHD, I should definitely try to listen to this while I'm drawing/animating, 'cause a drawing zone high is exactly what I need for the next month.
this is like one of the first times ive been able to just sit and listen. not thinking about anything, not envisioning a music video for this in my head, not thinking about my day, not feeling bored, just.... mind empty for once??
Okay but unlike my other favourite genres like kidcore and glitchcore this REALLY helps me be able to express my ADHD in a calm way. Usually the others just stimulate it more and worsen it but this is actually really calming.
@@agushoebill not op, but the best way i could verbalize it is that having the noises my brain makes bounced back at me cancels it out and makes my thoughts calm down. i can't even remember the last time my mind was this quiet, especially when listening to music.

breakcore songs are still ‘songs’ so they do still have a base melody. this doesn’t have anything. it’s constantly moving and so many other songs are mashed together.
Another chaotic song I think you might enjoy if you enjoy this is Garakuta Doll Play by t+pazolite. Not sure if same genre, but gives me similar vibes. I don’t have ADHD either, but sometimes this pacing is just more in tune with my mind.
this is how you feel with ADHD, you try to think but then your brain goes to the next thought, and you cannot focus. random stuff in 1 second example, you are studying math. suddenly, you can't focus. you try again. you can't. you give up. school is at 8 you wake up at 9 you think its 6.
It is so weird to see how this video affects people, like I see people struggling to type, but I can maintain the stream of conscience fairly fine despite the music blaring. I find this quite unsettling tbh.
@@gummywormm this person is referring to the comment above how the op is crazy for saying this music relaxes them, which is a common thing in people with adhd, myself included
If anything listening to this song so much as a kid just upgraded my ADHD. And the fact that I have a significant portion of this video memorized was an early warning sign for the 'tism.
I have to admit, at first it's VERY weird, but after five minutes of listening it starts to get really good... I feel like I don't want to stop listening to LMAOO
I've got it... the reason this sounds so good is because this is what nature truly sounds like when flourishing, just a heap/mess of sounds all blending together, everything singing. This is truly closer to nature than "traditional music" which is much more rigid and structured unlike true nature.
Listened just the first 10 minutes, and it doesn't sound disorganized, on the other hand this music IS organized, therefore it's read as music by the brain. I wish it was acoustic, though, not synthesized, there's something triggering in the synthesized sound for me personally.

It is one of the tracks of all time
Oddly enough, breakbeat and breakcore is great for ADHD.
