    Amazing shocks! Just put them on Monday and the improvement in the ride was noticeable the second I pulled out of the driveway. The Teraflex Nexus 2.2 adjustable steering stabilizer is the perfect compliment to the shocks. Couldn't be happier with the set up. Thanks for the great video on these awesome shocks!

    I just want to say thanks. I’ve visited your videos a lot recently as I just bought a JKU.
    I have bought the Hyline inner fenders, Falcon shocks, and the HD lower shock mounts because of you. I have also gained a lot of knowledge on other topics too! The shocks are amazing and my Jeep rides 10x better on and off the trails.

      @@elbugie345 Just a tad. I inserted a thin piece of rubber in between the oil reservoir and the inner fender because it was coming into contact just a bit.

    The rear tubes should be at the top like the front shocks?
    Less chance of damaging the Reservoir and tube and less dirt and grime sitting on the seals???
    Maybe something they need to look at. 👍

    Falcon 3.1's broke (tore off) of my rear passenger shock mount while going 75 MPH on the freeway. Wore though most of the bottom shock with sparks. I don't like how they attach to the outside of the mount, Puts extra stress on the rear mounts. I ended up building a new mount and putting FOX shocks in the rear.

    A recommended setting for those shocks IMO is the middle setting then the dial to 4. Friends jeep has them it is firm enough on the road and soft enough to soak up most road bumps and holes. Also soft enough to do light offroading if need be. Just my 2 cents 👍

    Great video! I can't wait for the antirock/offroad coverage and review. Once my teraflex 9550's go out I definitely want the Falcon shocks with the Antirock swaybars too so your videos are hitting close to home on this one :) Great content. Very informative and entertaining! Question: so for firmness settings, would you firm them up when going off road or looser for ride quality/travel?

    • @ShockSurplus
      @ShockSurplus 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      depends how fast you want to go, if you like to go fast, the firmer setting will help most against bottoming out and maintaining control. If you like to go slow, firm settings may feel too harsh, so you can go with the softer setting(s) that use more travel
