It wasn't hard to glue the new surround on. You were supposed to glue the surround underneath the cone but even gluing it on top would have been as easy as applying the glue on the correct side
Was honestly my first time trying to repair a broken surround on a speaker... I was planning to put glue on new surround first, then shove it underneath the cone, but that didnt go so well. So I ended up glueing it to the top.
