      1. Don't ever get attached to an outcome you don't control. 2. Understand that not everyone is going to have the same approach to a problem. Resist the urge to disagree (resilence) and hear them out if they see things differently. You might learn something.

Good stuff but resilience is a little outdated. Talk to us about antifragility!

Take care of people, often times we think we're going through bad times and keep dragging our bad attitude towards life, blaming everything, the government, our parents, our friends, the system, but when you give yourself the opportunity to help others in need, you realize how good is your life, how much you haven't done and how small and simple sometimes are your problems, help in a hospital, help in a church, help in a shelter, this will give you much more strength and help you with that depression, you're not the only one going through something

In my opinion, the best way to build resilience is to develop a strong mindset. This means having a taste for challenge and even feeling like a force that just dominates the problem. Alux, I'd love a video on what it takes to build a strong mindset....

Just a little added emphasis - the older you get, the more important self-care becomes. Eat right, exercise, learn new stuff. These things will keep you plastic.

A great resilience method is applying Progressive overload in every aspect of your life ( 3 more reps, 5 more minutes of meditation, 20 more minutes at that social event, 10 more minutes reading this book etc.....)

I believe and I always put in practice my spiritual perspective on businesses, because our spiritual selves are near God, and our material selves are near others people as me. God is infinitely smarter than all of us together.

Comparison: what would I gain form comparing myself or my situation to others ?
My Answer : Prospective. (To me) Comparison myself to others who are either above (where I want to strive to be) or below my current state (where I was at in a point in time) gives me a better understanding and appreciation of the constant notion of self progression.

#4 - correct except there is some value at the lower end of things.
Example looking how much retirement savings 40 year olds have when you have nothing is a wake up call. If comparing your house size to the neighbor then the video is right.

The best comparison to make is against your former self. That will show you if you are progressing or not... You dont want to find yourself in the same place as last year... if you know what I mean
If you insist on comparing yourself to other people.... compare yourself to your role model (but only that which makes them a role model to you..as they are people too with their own weeknesses)
