Try to impress others, be arrogant, tough etc. This is why some people go to the gym, get big muscles etc. So that no one will dare to attack them or mess with them. But when someone wants to have real resilience, they also must have internal strength.
Journal every night. Write down the qualities that you want to have. Design the best version of yourself. Be the author of your own destiny. As it shall be written, so it shall be done.

Why was the teacher with the ruler, holding it in a threatening position standing over a little boy, black and the little boy was white? Does this not send a 'racist' message to the listener? Why could they be either same race or neutral in color. Was this just a subconscious rendering or perhaps a personal experience? Either way, it was just something I observed and wanted to ask about. 🤔
