My younger sister is going through her cancer stages, my family is horribly dysfunctional and we were taught zero resilience and instead learnt to dwell into hypertension, anxiety and piety. Learning resilience for me at the age of 24 is still a big lesson for me.
As a few additional tips: Nutrition, getting enough sleep, and a growth mindset will help resilience. Great channel! Thank you for all the helpful content.
This is single handledly the most encouraging and supportive, concisely simple ans well illustrated video i could have watched in this moment! Super grateful to have watched it, thank you!!!

Most people want to feel strong, be respected and feel safe. Some people think that in order to be resilient and confident one needs to be strong externally. Try to impress others, be arrogant, tough etc. This is why some people go to the gym, get big muscles etc. So that no one will dare to attack them or mess with them. But when someone wants to have real resilience, they also must have internal strength.
Perfect timing for me as I've had a hard period in my life a few months ago. Had to find that inner resiliency to push forward and now I'm in a much better place. Great video as always from you, sir.
Thank you for this video, I just realised that I have currently done the opposite of most of the things you've listed and I need to change. Thank you so so much
Journal every night. Write down the qualities that you want to have. Design the best version of yourself. Be the author of your own destiny. As it shall be written, so it shall be done.
Resilient is the first step towards your success it will take you more than on that heights which u want.... So start step up toward your success you will definitely get that....😌
Resilience is kind of like discipline, even when something bad happens, you still have to keep going because it helps you grow in the long run, even if right now you may be in pain mentally or physically or just do not want to.
“You have to build calluses on your brain just like how you build calluses on your hands. Callus your mind through pain and suffering.” ~ David Goggins 💪🏻🚀
Resilience is about turning obstacles into opportunities. Keep believing in yourself, no matter the challenges ahead! 💪🌈 What’s one opportunity you’ve found through adversity?
I'm gonna sound like a loser here but I saw all of my challenges in life as quests to continue, like in a story game. I may sound like an absolute dork but I'm now happier than ever
Orange juice + milk + vanilla extract = Creamsicle flavour, which might be delicious on cereal. Like Bob Ross said, "There are no mistakes, only happy accidents."
By definition it’s not an addiction unless it has negative consequences? You can take a good thing too far, like productivity➡️workaholism, but I’m not sure if you meant it that way? I would look into building habits the cue routine reward cycle that becomes automatic is what I’m guessing you mean.
Check out school bus driver. Paid training, health insurance, dental retirement. Bring your child means no day-care hassles. School Vaca and summer off so you can stay w your child. Can you pass a background check and drug test and physical? Good driving record? Most districts are hiring.
What software do you use to make your whiteboard animations? I'm getting started on making content myself and I love the aesthetic that your vids have.
You made a HUGE mistake in vilifying OJ in cereal. It's FAR better that baby cow juice. I've done OJ in cereal for DECADES and it's tastier, better for me physically and mentally and it's tastier. It's also far better tasting :)
Um, sorry to burst your bubble-But some of us actually like orange juice in our cereal. Me for one-I am allergic to milk, so I have made the best of it!
These were 10 very good points. I do have a question about your illustration of the 'life is not always fair' section. Why was the teacher with the ruler, holding it in a threatening position standing over a little boy, black and the little boy was white? Does this not send a 'racist' message to the listener? Why could they be either same race or neutral in color. Was this just a subconscious rendering or perhaps a personal experience? Either way, it was just something I observed and wanted to ask about. 🤔
