I faced this during my IELTS on speaking skill😍 I wasn't expecting such question, during my training, I didn't come acrossed it even on TH-cam. I wasn't coherent in my answer and the white man was nodding head like agama lizard😅. Though I got 7 on speaking skill cos other answers covered that shit 😅. Thanks Naza

As for test of English, you can write ielts or get an English proficiency proof from the university you had your undergraduate studies. You can also use uk Naric.
