Hello there. There is no way of measuring rain volume inside a cloud apart from estimates using satellite imagery, which is unfortunately hindi practical kc hindi naman lahat ng precipitation from that cloud ay bumabagsak. So there. We give estimates of rain using satellite imagery or using weather models.

tama lang yung weather sa Metro Manila may specific na Rainy Season at specific na Dry Season Months, yung ibang Climate type sa ibang part ng Pinas po sir, masasabi bang hawig na iyon sa Equatorial Climate? kasi sa Equatorial Climate location walang specific na climate month eh any time more or less daw ang ulan, tama ba? yung 2, 3 and 4 climate type ay hawig narin sa Equatorial Climate?
Not exactly equatorial climate, pero pinakahawig sa equatorial climate ang Type II, in which walang dry season tapos madalas may ulan. Ung sa Type IV saks lang ang ulan, at more or less evenly distributed ang ulan, meaning may months na little less than usual ang ulan at may months na a bit more than usual ang ulan.
Dangerous ang thunderstorm kapag severe na wherein may chance of lightning series, hail, and tornado. Cloud to ground lightning is possible kapag may elevated na bagay sa isang plane (Ex. Tall building, puno, payong, or tao)
Maraming factors yan. Madalas sa last quarter nabubuo ang bagyo sa may Equatorial Pacific na mainit at malayo pa sa Pinas kaya may sapat na time pa para lumakas. Pwede ding mainterpret natin na "malakas" ung impact sa atin ng bagyo kahit hindi cia typhoon or super typhoon kc mataas ang chance na mag landfall, plus mayron pa rin habagat.
