Nice. I stayed in a Stamford unit on 19th floor for a few days for work pre-covid. I made a mistake of not closing the windows one time and when I went back, all my shoes and fit flops I placed under the windows were wet. Nice view though.

Nice! What made you pick Morgan suites over Stamford and Viceroy? What are the differences? I sent someone to check on the place but hanggang lobby lang sila ng Morgan, they had no problem getting inside the other ones . There’s a lot of good deals in that area right now... congrats on your unit!

Yes, pwedeng tanggalin yung built in cabinet, massira lang yung paint kasi nakadikit sya sa pader. Pinatanggal ko yung sakin.

tweet: the side-walked needs upgrading and repair. The same for "sahig" or the asphalt road - it needs a new concrete. It'll change the "3rd world" look of the compound into a "luxury" appearance if the entire surrounding of the community is well-kept. Does the compound have a maintenance outdoor-crew? that's usually true for all situations in relation to modern living environment -- it must be cleaned at all times. God speed. June2021.

Kuya, pa help naman po. Bibili din kasi ako sa stamford residences. Pero magkano bili mo sayo kuya? May sellers kasi na 3M, meron din 5M, for the same sqm in the same building. Ayaw ko mapamahal. Wala kasi ako idea kuya kung magkano ba talaga fair price sa stamford residences? Salamat po
Hi @jerol, yung 3M sa 23 sqm unit in stamford is already a good price. If you can find less than that, sobrang gandang presyo na. :) Yung price na 5M siguro naka interior design kaya mas mahal.
I suggest, buy a bare unit, tapos ikaw na lang mag pa interior design. Mas makakamura ka, masusunod pa gusto mo. :)
