During 5:17 chord, we must play the fourth freet of the third string instead of third freet as in the tab is shown. That was the only mistake.

One thing that would help a lot is putting a fingering diagram to help visualize the chords better. Otherwise nice job!

Thanks for the suggestion! I typically do that for my videos, but this one was mostly fingerpicking with interval shapes rather than chords for most of it, so I didn't do it. Sorry about that!
