    Enjoying your videos guys. In relation to the jam (which looks very good☺), you have one more thing to do. If you are keeping it for more than a week, you should seal the jars. This is done by immersing the jars in boiling water for around 10 minutes. This will create a vacuum and will keep it good for a long time.
