Lyrics
We both know that you wanna love her
Skies are open crying, please don't believe her
'Cause she'll tell you lies and then say it doesn't matter
And you're pleased to see her calling them non-believers
But maybe she loves you and I'm just a preacher
Those burning skies and all who don't believe her
Non-believers, no
Don't believe her, no
All that we are, all that we need
They're different things
Oh, maybe what we are and what we need
They're different things
Do you realize again, you chased an idea
Healed an earth behind some broken creature
Maybe she loves you and I'm just a preacher
Non-believers crying don't believe her
Don't believe her, no
Don't believe her, no
All that we are, all that we need
They're different things
Oh, maybe what we are and what we need
They're different things
Give you my all and you're taking my everything
All that we are, all that we need
They're different things
Oh, maybe what we are and what we need
They're different things
All that we are, all that we need
They're different things
Oh, maybe what we are and what we need
They're different things
All that we are, that we need
All what we are, what we need
I am 65 year man. My daughter, whom God gave to me, is the best gift any man get. She is 28, mentally challenged, and will live with us for the rest of her life. I AM BLESSES. To the point, she turns me on to so much great music, that I would never pay attention to ordinarily. This artist is now on my play list forever.
Isn't it great when you discover new music . Voice of an angle and great composition , Love London Grammar . Best wishes to you and your daughter over Christmas.

Moronstyle.. you think about yourself, thats why Antinatalism became famous you optimism-bias people try to see the good in the bad just for the Sake to say life is good, you are not her!!
Never admit to suffering is bad=stupid
I think this is one of the most underrated bands of our time. I discovered them to myself a few months ago and can't stop listening.
I discovered them in 2019 and I've been a fan ever since.
Is there an album either of you recommend? I definitely want to listen to more of them.
@@GettingbentoI suggest you to start with their most recent one, Californian Soil, then you can continue with their debut If You Wait and sencond Truth Is A Beautiful Thing.
I agree!
Same!
This is amazing, I'm 62 and cannot stop listen to your magic music, thank you.
Man the cinematography of this is beyond words its amazing
I feel so overwhelmed by this combination of music and visuals. Haunting and beautiful.
when that bass drops, my panties drop
It truly is!
She is troubled with what all has been happening in her mind, with her desires. So she decided to face her innermost demon thoughts, which everyone else is afraid of and running away from. She already has a boyfriend (black guy) but also desires the red haired guy, that's what troubling her and she started to think is she even a good person. That's why the line "all what we are, all what we need are different things". Means we might love someone but still want some one else. So finally she took the courage to face her desire (the red haired guy) and killed him. (desire not the actual guy). Now in the end she is happy and at peace with herself.
Fits in well with the rest of the album too.
I might be simple, but isn't it just about "letting go", just be true, just live. Honestly, I guess we can interpret this track to our dying day, and if we see it in a way that changes our lives, it is great. I suppose that is a musical artists greatest idea, to make something better in someones lives. Thanks...again!
I'm in a very dark place atm, and this made me fell sad and better at the same time. I cannot give up. I will not give up. Thanks London Grammer!
How are you doing now?
Intelligent singer, intelligent song.
Her voice can buy you tickets for a trip to Dreamland...Unique soul haunting experience...
One of the if not the greatest original musical talent to emerge over the last decade. Easily, no contest
Very stupid comment, nice work.
Very nice Group, have some similar sounds and style to October Projects, first and second Albums. London Grammar has a Beautiful songs.
Such a hauntingly beautiful song. They deserve much more credit than what they get ...
i lost my brother a year ago and I saw london grammar in his playlist and loved it i never told him that I'm a fan but one day he caught me listening to their song and we just chilled and listened together.
i regret so much kuya justin
It’s about the inner life we experience as we struggle with desires, regrets, all sorts of irreconcilable differences... the journey through the chasm represents wish for death, a final resolution, or a return to an earlier time where things were just better...notice the surroundings change from turbulent to harmonious, as she falls.

When you pour a glass of water. Do you stop when it is "full."
It reminds me of the film “The Tree Of Life” with Brad Pitt and Sean Penn.
One of my favs of London Grammar, hands down.
i mean every London Grammer song is amazing.......but this is the best i think
Add : oh woman oh man
I fully agree

Always find myself coming back to this song after it helped me get through a heartbreak. It stopped hurting a long time ago and i found someone to love again, but now this song still sticks with me and I'll forever be grateful to London Grammar 💙
I hope that one you found was you. you are love in a physical manifestation experiencing yourself
" Oh, maybe what we are and what we need
They're different things."
Well What I need is this song. Everyday. For the rest of my life.
I adore this Album. During my Mother' serious llness, this was one of my go to albums. Which makes it a dificult album to listen to now, but it is still so awesome.
With these words I will convey a message of hope. We can achieve the unthinkable if we keep persevering!
what a splendid song, really hits right to heart
This song has some very nice Roxette vibes. What a gem.
Seems to me this marks a new level of maturity for their songs - sophisticated and so well produced - oh and utterly lush to listen to!
After hearing this tune a dozen times, it has become clear how utterly fabulous it is.
I find the same thing. Listen to a track a dozen times, and most of them become favorites.
Thank you Antena 1 for presenting me this masterpiece ⭐🇧🇷
I might have been late to know London Grammar.. But mahn, am I forever grateful to a very special person for linking me right into this blessing of an artist... 🧿
The first time i heard this song, certain bits felt like that warm welcome wrapping me in its arms... Ever since then, it lives rent free in my favorite place called the 'nothing space'.... ♥️
She could sing the phone book still the same chill's
Listening to this song is like going on a journey…seemlessly crafted.
Music is such an amazing expression of who we are and it's overwhelming how intertwined we become with it.

I think it's "Heels and earth" or "Heels on earth" like a metaphor for running after something without thinking. But I've found lyrics in both ways in multiple places so it could be either way.
Oha Türk
The beats, the bassline, the vocals, lyrics. Everything in this song is impeccable. I came for Rooting for you and am staying for Non Believer ❤

I've welcomed 2022 with this song. It may be ominously accurate to what is happening in my little heart, but I will welcome whatever may come with straight face and clear gaze. That is what I've promised myself.
Hard to believe, but music like this always apears in my life at the perfect moment. It finds and saves me... amazing.
The DMT loop, for sure. The stardust and sacred geometry at the end are so beautiful.
My brother died of an overdose, and all I can think of is this song. You break my heart, yet somehow heal my soul.
Thank you
Thnx for sharing! 🙏❤️
been listening to this band for many years, can't wait for the next album. all their songs are masterpieces
They give me trip hop vibes. I love this chilled out, soulfull, heavy music
Just once in a generation a band comes along that redefines genius, I am truly honoured to witness the magic of London Grammar..
I know I am not alone in being impatient for new music, from the best band on Earth, London Grammar.
You have woven the instrumentals around the extraordinary vocals in the most beautiful way. Love this!
This jump into the nothing is so POWERFUL and the way she does it, without thinking twice
Just when music seems to not be appealing anymore, something powerful and emotional comes along and inspires me. Very cool.
Blows my mind how somebody could actually dislike this. Its brilliant
a unique song that deserves more popularity

From the last 4.00 minutes to 4.09 minutes, is a message, pure genius, what an artists, one of the ultimates. In my opinion anyway.
I believe the same, what message do you think is embedded in this video?
This video is a true piece of art. This deserve some award wins. and music is great too as usual.
There is such a symmetry in the music, the lyrics and the image that goes down to the very essence of human existence. Keep giving us brilliant songs!

Unique voice, poetic lyrics simply one of a kind. What the fuck are people listening nowadays? London Grammar for life. Thank you for being different.
iri b I was introduced to London Grammar through Karnivool (an Australian prog rock band) covering Hey Now. Went out and bought the album and am loving the new stuff. Hannah's voice is one of those once a generation treats. Can also recommend listening to Aurora. Something special about the way she performs, as if the person is just the shell for the performance.
iris ff it is called diversity. We cannot all be listening one same thing.
To answer you I also listen to LP, First Aid Kit, Lana Del Ray and Laura Marling.!

Seriously, one listen and it just stuns you.
I agree this is f**king stunning (please excuse my French).
i love how the lyrics goes to '' all that we are all that we need there are different things''
but then she changes the lyrics to '' oh maybe all that we are....''

'Non Believer' is UNBELIEVAEBLE piece of music! Must be non believer not to believe in this music!
So massive and clear. So minimalistic and so full.
Perfect. Not just the song of the year, but now one of my favourite clips, ever.
When I say to someone of me exploring a different dimension in my head..
This is what I mean!
The aesthetics are beyond pleasing♥️♥️
One of the best tunes for modern/contemporary dance. Soulful and lyrical.
After @Aurora @Fluerie what a talent @London Grammer
These songs are very underrated🖤❤️
