Sir, North Bengaluru is the top preferred locality for investment on plots. While localities like MVIT Road, Devanahalli, Yelahanka quote high... there are a few areas like on new airport road (Hennur, Bagalur, Byrathi) and Doddaballapura- Yelahanka, Doddaballapura-Hesarghatta road where you can buy plots a bit cheaper... If it's for end use you might have to wait for a few years. But be sure to always buy local planning authority approved plots and from RERA registered projects only...

Hi Priyanka Mam sorry I have one more question. Is it good to go with DC converted lands. When I ask about BIAAPA, local authority approval, they say it's DC converted. Is it safe to go with it. Many small developers are selling with such documents. Could you please suggest Mam, your inputs helps beginners like us to have proper information and helps us to take right decisions in real estate.

Why are you misleading people. All those properties which you are saying for 25-30 lakhs are too far from the civilization. There are no proper facilities from the govt in those areas. Swiggy and Zomato don't deliver. Please mention all these flaws when you say 25-30 lakhs budget. I'm Bangalorean and I have done enough research about it.
