Our November went pretty good, I feel like we took too much time off though. LOL

You look amazing! Self care is totally needed, especially for mental health. You are awesome and I enjoy all your content. Now onto homeschooling, I too find it a bit difficult to let go of our routine and try a unit study. I try, but I struggle with it. I can't wait for for your December update. 😊

I am so sorry this has happened. I’m a full believer in do what makes you feel beautiful. You look beautiful, and I would have never known it was a wig. Don’t overthink it, rock it! You’ve got this. It looks great.

I am not a homeschool mom, but watching someone be open and honest about life is refreshing. Thank you for keeping it real. You are beautiful, and so is the hair!

Hey Nickie, Thanks for sharing this video re: hairloss. I am going through the same thing actually. I first really noticed in when I chaperoned my kids field trip, and there was a picture taken while i was walking some kids down stairs. The picture was taken at the top of the stairs and all I could see was my scalp and a huge bald spot. Idk even know where or when it began. It is very thin on top and IDK if cutting my hair short will help. It is embarrassing. I am going to talk to my doctor about it at my next visit upcoming soon. Thanks for sharing, I know it wasn't easy.

I honestly just thought you styled your hair differently. It looks great! I agree with chopping it a bit though. We've had a hard time lately too. Been sick and in hospital twice in past month. Hugs.

I must say that your wig looks perfect on you and looks very natural. I've lost about 90% of my hair in the last few years, but because I have zigzag curls and frizz, there is no wig that looks like my hair. I'll have to learn to wear scarves and wraps like a cancer patient. The depression is real.

Your hair looks great! At first I couldn't tell it was a wig. I mean I still can't but I didn't even think about it... I just thought you did something different with your hair.. It looks great and natural. No need to apologize for going through a hard time! We all have them. Honestly nothing in homeschool is going perfect for me right now either... But does it ever?

My mom lost all of her hair a few years ago. It turned out to be contact dermatitis. She got an allergy skin test done. She had developed allergies to a ton of synthetic ingredients. She switched to free and clear EVERYTHING. She stopped wearing makeup. Switched all of her lotions, soaps, and deodorant. Her hair grew back after about 6 months. I'm not sure if this helps at all. Have you gotten an allergy test? It might give you some answers.

I love you hair! I noticed it looked a little different, but wasn't sure what happened. You need to do what is going to boost your self esteem, confidence, and happiness. If anybody judges you for wearing a wig with what you're going through, they are cruel. I noticed that you look a sound a lot happier in this video than in your past ones ❤

Multiple women in my family have had alopecia. It's an autoimmune condition and there's no rhyme or reason. I've tried to completely normalize wearing wigs to my kids because I know that it can happen to anyone. I really don't think you need to explain anything to anyone. Your wig looks beautiful!

I love your wig! To me it looked like you colored your hair or something. I never would have guessed it was a wig. Totally didn’t expect what you shared! You are beautiful! Thank you for being so real and putting yourself out there with this experience. Hair loss is big. I recently have lost a ton of hair due to being severely anemic. Still trying to figure out why. I actually bought a wig on Amazon awhile back just to try it because I have greys now and am done with dyeing it. Where did you buy yours through? I’m wanting to buy another. They are so expensive!
I enjoy your videos. I feel like we haven’t found our rhythm yet in homeschool. I kinda feel like a hot mess most days. I suffer from depression but it’s mostly my low iron that exhausts me. I will pray for you and I hope you have a wonderful Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Hopefully 2025 brings better days for us both!
