[초간단 사워크림 만들기]초보자도 쉽게 만드는법 Sour Cream Recipe

  • 생크림과 플레인요거트로 쉽고 간단하게 함께 만들어보아요~
    재료
    생크림200ml, 요거트6숟가락(또는 우유9숟가락),
    레몬즙1~1.5숟가락
    재료를 섞어서 뚜껑을 완전히 밀폐되지 않게 그냥 덮어준 상태로 12~24시간동안 실온보관후 냉장고에 넣어주세요.
    나쵸,퀘사디아,피자,웨지감자,샐러드,빵과 곁들여드세요. 정말 만능소스랍니다^^

    이거 만들고 시판용도 사먹어 봤는데 만들어 먹는게 훨씬 더 맛있네요 좀 더 고소하고 깔끔한맛

    사워크림을 집에서 만들수가 있군요. 저장해뒀다가 나중에 퀘사디아 다시 만들때 해봐야겠어요^^

    조지방 35프로 짜리 동물성 휘핑크림은 안돼는건가요?
    앵커휘핑크림 200g에 플레인요플레100g넣고 레몬즙 한숟갈 넣었어요 지금 10시간 안되었는데 아직 꾸덕해지진 않았고 맛도 샤워크림 맛이 아니라 완전 느끼한 동물성기름 산패된거 같은 냄새와 맛이 나는데 썩은걸까요?

    요거트는 똑같은거 안써도 되죠? 저는 끝까지 남양 불매할거라.. 악질 회사의 제품은 몸에 좋지않을 것 같아서,,

    사워크림을 따로 사지 않아도 만들 수도있네요?^^ 가끔 베이킹에 사워 크림 들어가는 경우도 있던데 만들어 쓰면 되겠어요~~^^

    24시간 발효 후 열어봤더니 살짝 물이 생겨있는데 그냥 잘 섞어서 냉장 보관하면 될까요? ㅠㅠ

      당연히 온도랑 상관있습니다.
      온도가 높을수록 빨리 완성되죠
      겨울도 실내는 따뜻하니까 크게 차이가 나지는 않아요^^
