@@Mrgiggles9007Depends on the state. Some states have “stop and identify” laws. In order to sustain a charge for concealing identity, 2 things must be true. 1) the officer lawfully stopped the defendant and 2) the defendant failed to identify themselves. In this case, the stop was lawful, the male matched the description of an individual involved in a physical altercation (the determination of aggressor vs victim is the whole point of the investigation) granting the officer reasonable suspicion for an investigatory detainment. If this state has stop and identify laws, he would then by law be required to identify himself to the police.

Men definitely should fight back more often, it just needs to be more controlled unfortunately. But this is also true for fights between same-sexes as well. Grabbing someones arm, and leaving bruises to stop them from hitting you? Acceptable. Grabbing someones arm and snapping it in half for the same reason? Excessive violence. It is reasonable to shove someone down ir away from you to get away, it is not reasonable to shove them down a flight or stairs or hit them in the head with a shovel. the cops really needed to rephrase that, even though he might be a drug dealer and what not and didn't want to identify himself, they still need to show sympathy and say "hey we got a call about a man who matches your description getting assaulted can you tell me what's been going on? you feeling okay?" not "you got beat up by a girl?"
"I just graduated highschool. About three years ago."
Ma'am, that's not how time works.
This is not only horrible because of the abuse in the relationship but also because of how the victim was treated by the people trying to help him. Like stop saying it like that.
some places have laws where if it is a report of domestic abuse or violence it doesn't matter whether you want to press charges or not they'll arrest the suspect anyways to try and make sure you're not avoiding pressing charges because you're scared or embarrassed.
The cops not of described it as being beat up by a girl and if he truly was assaulted by the girl then why is he treating it like it's a crime for a girl to attack you. Women are too much of a protectant class. They need to be treated equally. Women get away with domestic violence all the time
Jesus Christ dude she tries every single manipulation tactic under the sun 😭, guys if you have a partner like this PLEASE don't hesitate to alert authorities cause this dude looks like hes HURTING
I can fix her
Seriously. Cycled from "your wife doesn't love you" to trying to seduce him to cussing him out all in the span of like two minutes. Just going through the manipulation tactics guidebook like it's a flipbook.
If the victim was a woman I doubt they'd be like "are you the girl that got beat up by a boy? Identify yourself or you're going to jail!" Shame on the cops for being so degrading on a male victim.
I don't think he is required to give them any information unless he is the suspected criminal. I'm pretty sure the cop is just lying to him to get what they want.
Yeah I think he doesn't have to give his name if he doesn't want to.
I mean, I don't know how they can investigate the crime unless they have a victim, right? How would you prosecute that?
Yes he is .... its the same as if you see someone kill other person ... you cant choose to not give your name ... if you are involve (victim , criminal or just a witness) in a crime they can ask for your info
@@owlblocksdavid4955.....the investigation is what finds the victim
@@owlblocksdavid4955they would most likely identify the actual criminal and find out who he is throughout the interrogation. It’s easier to prosecute when all parties are involved immediately of course but they could also find information through identifying the actual criminal
These are great. Thanks, Ken. Thanks, Dane. Y'all the real ones.
DV is almost never taken seriously by cops 🙃 my ex female partner had a record of DV and they still called it a “dramatic misunderstanding” when someone called them on my behalf
My brother was abused by his girlfriend. He defended her and put up with her for years. He only stopped after she murdered her cat, then broke in to his apartment and tried to gauge out his eyes with her keys while he was sleeping.
holy shit
Hope your brother is doing okay
I hope your brother is doing ok and is going to therapy
I'm glad he got away. That's crazy, women can be worse than men sometimes.
When the girl started resisting arrest i couldnt help but shout, youre getting beat up by a girl dude😂😂😂
ah yes, another daily reminder as to why some abuse victims never seek help...
God that's tough to watch, even with Ken and Buff pausing the video to shame the bad cops. Yall make this content watchable, I swear.
i’m not even at the part with the woman but the way the cops are treating that man is so gross, not surprised, just wishing the system was better.
Love that you reacted to this! (I scrolled past it in my suggested cause I didn’t feel like watching it.. then saw yours and instantly clicked. You make it 100x better). Would be great to see you guys do more body cam stuff~
I've dated a few bunny boilers in my time. Taken a few punches from them too. Male abuse is no joke.
Bunny boilers? 😂
I don't know the stats for men, but women in abusive relationships take an AVERAGE of 7 attempts to leave an abusive relationship. They've had their self esteem so destroyed they believe they'll never find anyone else.
Never ask an abuse victim "Why didn't you call the cops? Why did you go back?"
It's also nauseating the way the cops spoke to this guy. If someone is getting hit it's a good indication they're also being emotionally or mentally abused
It takes years esp with kids.. and it's so normalized now that nobody really cares..you can call the cops but they usually can't do much unless they catch him or her in the act..my ex would break my phone at the start..that was how I knew to brace myself cause here we mf go ..the cops handled that terribly
he was the victim of domestic violence and they harassed and belittled him... they would never treat a woman like that
Depends.. What type of woman it is. Do you really believe EVERY woman is treated well? You do know that a lot of women dont report this stuff because they are also not taken serious by the police? Life isnt black or white. The odds of being treated better are higher for women, and much higher for certain kinds of female victims
@@michalovesanime Cap
@@michalovesanimeyour making valid points but the focus isn’t one woman victims, it’s on men. The focus isn’t on how females are treated when they’re victims but how men are, everyone knows about female survivors it’s time to help others started learning how to treat male survivors as-well. Like i get the point just not the time to bring stuff like that up
Certain kinds=white@@michalovesanime
@@terroristtoast699to be fair, the og commenter was the one that brought female victims into the scene. They were just stating that their thoughts are not applicable to the majority of female victims
Depending on what state your in unless you are the one who committed a crime (a offense that has a victim) you don’t have to ID
i have subscribed for a month and it changed my life. it’s been the best month ever. thank you ken & dane for making my day. love & take care 🤍
I saw this footage before, and my reaction was immediately “this woman’s a cheater.”
She gives 0 shits about the guy, and she keeps using “your wife cheats on you” as some weird insult several times in the full footage. Apart from that, she defaults to trying to flirt with the officer. She cheats on the Mystery Simp regularly, and you can’t convince me otherwise.
Haven’t finished the video yet but love how you guys are talking about it. If a cop addressed me like that I wouldn’t want to say it either, and I’m usually not ashamed of that kinda stuff. Saying he got beat up by a girl implies he was supposed to hit back and be abusive straight back at her. He didn’t get beat up by a girl, he got beat by a evil person
The cops definitely didn’t handle this very well(go figure).
Men if your being abused please speak up I know its hard but it's not fair whoever is getting hurt by their spouses pleaseee say something and I hope yall heal!!!
I got beat up serverly by my ex-fiance. I called the police and they laughed at me while taking pictures. I felt so bad already about what happened and that made it worse. I ended not following with charges because i felt defeated. And wanted to sitaution to end.
Sometimes I think I have anger issues, then I see this woman and realize no...I actually don't. LOL even when I was an actively drinking alcoholic I knew that when the cops show up it's time to be on your best behavior lol
Lol ikr?! That woman is utterly unstable. Good on you for kicking the drink too, that’s a massive achievement - keep it up! 😊✌️
And we wonder why more men don't report abuse with cops like this!!! They initially were more respectful to HER that him tha abuse victim!
That cop now in the department gets to hear, "Are you the cop that got beat up by a GIRL?"
He was all on that boyfriend about it but he didn't know how wild she was 🤣
The cop needs to be re educated for humiliating the dude. Saying shit like that is not okay.
Love you guys. Thanks for all the entertainment for my gf and I over the years.
The cop is kinda weird for the way he keeps putting emphasis on how he got beat up by a girl…
wow, i love being right on time for a cinnamontoastken vid
This is why people genuinely scare me. The fact that she has no control and does nothing to try to control herself is insane.
Domestic Violence is very difficult because it's obvious he still loves her when she isn't angry and violent. He probably also knows deep down that it isn't worth staying but at the same time, he is also terrified of leaving because he could be even more violently attacked or even killed as a result of leaving. He's basically stuck in a situation that is immensely difficult to get out of.
I watched this same exact video a while ago and didn't laugh once but watching your guys' reactions makes me laugh so much, I love this channel, it honestly makes me so happy
I was JUST hoping you guys would do some more crime content. Love it. Today's been awful already (not even noon) so im so happy to see a new vid.
I hope tomorrow goes better for you
These are the cases that aren't talked about because of the "alpha male stigma"
Just remember no matter who you are, cop, woman, man.. bad things happen to everybody whether the media wants to acknowledge it or not.
id like to point out that if he defended himself he would have been charged and jailed just because its a women and most men respect women enough not to engage in mortal combat depending on the severity i wouldn't do a thing
Men, you can and absolutely SHOULD fight back, just always emphasize an attempt to exclude yourself from the situation. It will go well with a jury, and already has.
Now if you go just as nuts as your attacker...that's when it gets tricky to draw the line. Because if you were both *excessively* violent, it can be harder to tell if one party is worse than the other.
@@madysonoster4759 no you shouldn't fight (again within reason) back laws do not i repeat do not work in men's favour at all and i also did say depending on severity to for example a women hit a man in the head with a wine bottle just for supporting female anti abuse rally and he shoved her (real video) that's reasonable but don't go bane her or sucker punch them a shove away should suffice
@@madysonoster4759..legally speaking, no that wouldn't work. Anything beyond a light shove is usually identified as excessive force in court for these situations of male self defense against a female
@@madysonoster4759 While I agree with you for the most part, you're pretty incorrect about that last part. There are cells full of guys who tried to defend themselves in an altercation with a woman. A lot of judges, older judges especially will look at the situation and say "well look at you, and look at her. You're a man and bigger and stronger. You should know better than to fight back." Bam. There's a mandatory 90 days inside for you in jail right there. Guys should be able to protect themselves from being attacked no matter what, but we are far from that being universally accepted unfortunately
@@thestraydog what so your gonna go box em beat em up thats kinda unethical like i said a shove should suffice get them and you away from the situation
I have to say the cop that dealt with that guy was extremely unprofessional. He blatantly demeaned him the moment he walked up. He did not have to say "we got a call that a guy was getting smacked around by a girl" of course the guys gonna say it didn't happen.
cop: "you're the guy that got beat up by a girl"
the very same cop: gets kicked in the jaw by a girl in hand cuffs
