Those are my tap dancing feet in this recording. 🙂Met Tom Armbruster, the composer/keyboard player, in a bar in Pasadena where he was playing with a little jazz combo. Me and my tap buddy Bob Carroll asked if we could "sit in" so we laid down my portable roll-up wooden tap dance mat and jammed with the band. A few months later, I got a call from Tom about coming in to record the dancing feet of R & S for this recording. So I headed over to the studio with my mat and laid down some rhythms for a couple of hours. The hardest part was trying to dance more sloppily as Stimpy and to be a bit off-the-beat. 😀Ren, of course, nails the dancing on the first attempt.
@@LindieSmith Thank you! It's funny- I hadn't thought about tap dancing in a while but while I was picking up some take-out food just an hour ago, I saw a couple waiting to be seated and one of them was doing a little tap step. I asked if they were tap dancers. Turns out one is taking tap at a nearby studio where I used to teach, from a friend of mine (Gregg Geoffroy). It's a tap tap world! 😀

This song is oddly heartwarming for a Ren and Stimpy song.
Oh, this is so cute 😭 The wordplay is charming!
Billy West-the only man to be able to sing in Larry Fine’s voice and make it sound good that isn’t Larry Fine
"No one is better"
"You're better than no one"
Just sat here and relieved some great child hood memories. Grew up with this show.
And this song is also from "Nickelodeon Friends Variety Pack" VHS!
I’ve been singing this song in the car! Love it!
I love this song.

I hope John Kricfalusi is Ren Hoek's voice in this song
It isn't
why
@@vivimos_en_una_sociedad7758
Because it’s Billy West voicing both Ren & Stimpy.
