Can I point out something to you and most guys something you all might not know including the great Jeremy fragrance Dior savage edp is a copy of GIVENCHY XERYUS the original from 1986 forgot about that until I got the 200ml edp of Dior savage another great after shave that has been ruined and now no longer avaliable is Armani mania replace by shit Armani code.smh if you agree
@@benmahamat1804 it's a EDT but no problem on performance from what I gather from having EDT and EDP most EDP are stronger but might not be the same smell as EDT changed little bit to make darker and richer and smother in most case ie my savage edt and edp smell bit different to each other same as my spice bomb edp and spice bomb extreme edp in some cases if you like a smell not bad to have both one for daytime or summer other for nights or winter hope that helped just a amature yet but spent £466 on aftershaves in last 2 months lol
@@fernandocastillo8026 Dylan blue smells better in the air than it does if you put your nose up to it wich is why it gets so many compliments but some people don't like wearing it. At first I didn't like it but then I was getting all those compliments and I didn't know why then I got a wiff of it in the air after the dry down and now I'm a fan. It's one of those scents I go nose blind to but catch wiffs every now and then. Best for spring time.
I can vouch for Dylan's Blue performance and projection. Even after 5+ hours I've gotten compliments from people who aren't even that close to me, even though I have stopped smelling it myself, they do notice it and love it. I prefer Dylan Blue, because of that darker side, it suits my character a bit more, as it is more masculine in my opinion and it's also something that not a lot of guys in my country wear, compared to Dior Sauvage, that I smell almost every time I go out. The only category where I would give it to sauvage is versatility. To my nose Dylan Blue is more of a night out scent than a day scent and since it is heavier than Sauvage in the high heat summer it can be a little bit too much. So overall I really do enjoy both fragrances, but if I had to pick one it would be Dylan Blue.
Yeah agreed I can't even smell DB but it's crazy amount of compliments I get. I also got told by to women that they bought it for there partners because of how much they liked it on me. I do like the smell of sauvage but it just does not perform on my no matter the amout

At my office, there is that one guy with very strong scent. You can smell him across the room and it is almost headache inducing. Our office is not that wide and many of our tables are next to each other. All of us talked to each other and had our team leader to inform him about his strong perfume. The team leader tol to him about his perfume being too strong. He replied, "Thanks, it's Dior Sauvage" He took it as a compliment. Dior Sauvage is a nice perfume though. At the same time, it could easily turn you into 'that guy' with invasive obnoxious scent that no one consents to smell. So, use appropriately.
I will also say that one time I was wearing Dylan Blue, I noticed a girl at the gym coming suuuuper close to me because she obviously caught a whiff of it. This wasn’t just once. Multiple times I’ve been at the gym, even with my GF, and she walks by just inches away trying to catch what I’m wearing. So if you guys are looking for something that ladies will like, Dylan Blue definitely works for that 🙂
If the Dylan Blue takes less sprays to accomplish what MORE sprays of the other take to achieve that same result, AND if it's priced considerably less, then you're getting _waaaaaaaaay_ more fragrance for your money with Dylan Blue.

I didn’t like Dylan Blue when I first tried it but I’m enjoying it a bit more lately. To me it does smell like something someone a bit younger would wear. I’m in my mid thirties and Dylan Blue comes off a bit more youthful than I usually prefer. Sauvage EDT is another I didn’t love at first but have appreciated it more the more I try it. I do prefer Sauvage EDP over the EDT as it isn’t as strong with the pepper note in the opening which usually is what bothers most people. I guess if I had to pick one it’d be Sauvage EDP.
The answer during summer is: Sauvage during the daytime; Dylan Blue during the night time. If Sauvage is still active when you spray Dylan= all the better.
The original who did it first is better, in this case Sauvage. The thing about this fragrance is that the scentcloud/sillage is what smells amazing. If you smell this fragrance up close, you are just going to get a headache.
I have both but go the other way, I’m more inclined to use Dylan Blue. I live in the tropics and is better to go to Dior on hot days or nights insted of Versacce. For me I’m inclined to use my fragrances depending on the time of day. Both for me are for afternoon, Dylan for cool breezy noons and Dior for more hot days. My go to fragrance for Night time is Eros Flame because of the more citrus opening which is better for the climate I’m using them. I also on a really hot humid night I go for Spicebomb Eau Fresh and the rainy cold days also. Every day every ocasion I go for Versacce Man Eau Fraishe, which is more pleasant in this environment. Jimmy Choo man is a good breezy morning fragance. These are my go to ones in the tropics

I actually love both ! I bought now Dylan blue 200 ml because its around 75 $ compared to sauvage wich is 120 $ . Its so hyped up where I live that you just cant find it no where at a good price .....
Personally i'd pick sauvage , you can get 200mls for around just under 100 euro. Proformance on sauvage is outrageous on me , it will last until i shower. So 12+ every time , but projection is so strong. It'll kill my nose quickly , for a few hours until i can smell it again. ✊ Great well balanced comparison mate 🙏
I see you literally on every parfume video comment section😂. This time I disagree with you, Dior Sauvage is way too strong for me hahaha. I sprayed it 5 times on me one day and after 29 hours it was still on my skin, I traded it with Acqua di Gio Profumo. I am glad that I got rid of it.

Sauvage smell a little bit weird when it still wet but excellent when it start to dry. Dylan blue and sauvage actually smell similar but dylan blue has more deep scent like a mystic scent with a good vibes
Right now I have Dylan Blue on the back of my left hand and Sauvage on my right. It's been 5 hours and the Sauvage is still going fairly strong. The Dylan Blue is barely noticeable. Also, the Sauvage is way fresher. DB is sweeter and more chemical like. The difference is very noticeable and I don't see how people can compare them. Sauvage is the clear winner.

Now sauvage is closer to $100 for a ml. I feel like the hype is overpricing it. I think I'll go with Dylan blue cause it's close to half the price until the sauvage craze dies down
I personally can't stand Sauvage. It's just soo loud and pungent. I remember being on a date with a guy wearing it and I just wanted to get out of the car! Dylan Blue is much classier, understated, refined. I love smelling it on a man, makes me want to come closer. Le bleu de Chanel is also great.
Hi, new subscriber here. Unfortunately, the ambroxan in Sauvage Edt and EDP didn't work for me. It's a shame because they are realy good fragrances. The dry-down gave me headaches (no joke). That's why I prefer Dylan Blue. But, talking about really fresh and clean scents I'd go with Dior Homme Cologne any day. Regarding this new 'Blue Scents' trend, my personal ranking goes this way: 1. Dylan Blue / Bleu de Chanel Edp 2. Bleu de Chanel Edp 3. Dior Sauvage edp / Aqua Atlantique 4. Dior Sauvage edt
I have Sauvage EDP and Bleu de Chanel EDP, and just got a sample of Dylan. I'll replace the BdC with Dylan when it runs out. The BdC is great, and arguably the best scent of the three (or at least highest quality), but it just doesn't perform as well as the other two, therefore not getting as many compliments in the long run.

I can barely smell VDB at all on my skin. For me it and all the other imitators like Luna Rosa Carbon are no better than the Sauvage clones. There’s a depth and richness in Sauvage that is just unique and makes it what it is. Nothing else I’ve worn gets there.
Similar scents but in my opinion Sauvage is for high school kids and Dylan Blue has that sophisticated depth that more mature man require. I got 36 and I wear Dylan Blue, i don't think I could pull that of, (wearing Sauvage). So that Sauvage versatility that you speak of, is not there in terms of age wise. You are in your 20s and kind of proves my case that you prefer Dior.
Go out to the mall and ask women to smell these versus challenge perfumes. Also, get some fresh scents not just heavy chocolate/balmy ones that smell like lipstick and vanilla cake. Fresh masculine clean gym scents, for regular dudes who are not special critics and do not want to be unique just smell good.

I have both and like them however VDB lasts and projects much longer than Dior. Diors alcohol content is higher so it kinda stings the nose for the first minutes after spraying on oneself. Versaci is more masculine. Dior is more clean shower gel-like.
It's more of a summer fragance to be honest but it's not like you can't pull it off in my opinion. I guess Sauvage is more of a year around fragance. But it is more expensive.
Love them both, but for me, Dylan Blue is not long lasting idk why i only smell it for 2-3 hours but the sauvage is different smells high quality and it lasted 10 hours on my skin.
I bought Dylan blue because of the hype …. Wore it to work …. Got told my new aftershave smelt cheap when they usually say I smell nice lol …. Got home and spoke to my little 5 year old and she said I smelt like an old lady …. Sold the bottle on eBay …. It definitely doesn’t work on my skin 😂

i gave both my sauvage and sauvage very cool spray and dylan blue to myl ittle brother , i found i prefer bdc edp and adg profumo and i dont need either of these two , but that is just me
I have both. Well can't agree for a projection. Dylan Blue projects little less than Dior Sauvage. Sauvage and Dylan blue are pretty close in longevity. Only that Sauvage stays on skin much more than Dylan Blue. In general... both are for all year around, all occasions. Dior smells better and more natural overal. That's true.
Dylan Blue isn't for me. I really liked Sauvage when it first came out and my feelings haven't changed. Though, I might go with Luna Rossa Carbon once I go thru my bottle of Sauvage.

Well i have smelt Sauvage on others around me.. But i own Dylan Blue and performance and scent is really great.
In Vegas, I smell Sauvage more than Dylan Blue. But nothing compares to Acqua Di Gio. I still smell that one the most.

Now sauvage is closer to $100 for a ml. I feel like the hype is overpricing it. I think I'll go with Dylan blue cause it's close to half the price until the sauvage craze dies down
I personally can't stand Sauvage. It's just soo loud and pungent. I remember being on a date with a guy wearing it and I just wanted to get out of the car! Dylan Blue is much classier, understated, refined. I love smelling it on a man, makes me want to come closer. Le bleu de Chanel is also great.

Unfortunately, the ambroxan in Sauvage Edt and EDP didn't work for me. It's a shame because they are realy good fragrances. The dry-down gave me headaches (no joke). That's why I prefer Dylan Blue.
But, talking about really fresh and clean scents I'd go with Dior Homme Cologne any day.
Regarding this new 'Blue Scents' trend, my personal ranking goes this way:
1. Dylan Blue / Bleu de Chanel Edp
2. Bleu de Chanel Edp
3. Dior Sauvage edp / Aqua Atlantique
4. Dior Sauvage edt

I have Sauvage EDP and Bleu de Chanel EDP, and just got a sample of Dylan. I'll replace the BdC with Dylan when it runs out. The BdC is great, and arguably the best scent of the three (or at least highest quality), but it just doesn't perform as well as the other two, therefore not getting as many compliments in the long run.

I can barely smell VDB at all on my skin. For me it and all the other imitators like Luna Rosa Carbon are no better than the Sauvage clones. There’s a depth and richness in Sauvage that is just unique and makes it what it is. Nothing else I’ve worn gets there.
Similar scents but in my opinion Sauvage is for high school kids and Dylan Blue has that sophisticated depth that more mature man require. I got 36 and I wear Dylan Blue, i don't think I could pull that of, (wearing Sauvage). So that Sauvage versatility that you speak of, is not there in terms of age wise. You are in your 20s and kind of proves my case that you prefer Dior.

Go out to the mall and ask women to smell these versus challenge perfumes. Also, get some fresh scents not just heavy chocolate/balmy ones that smell like lipstick and vanilla cake. Fresh masculine clean gym scents, for regular dudes who are not special critics and do not want to be unique just smell good.
Dylan blue. Sauvage comes across too strong at times. Dylan Blue is more nuanced. Don't sleep on Versace.

I have both Versace Eros, and Dylan Blue, and I have yet to try them to see what they're like. Unlike Dior Sauvage I feel the same, but yet to buy it.
dylan blue leans a bit more towards sauvage edp and not the edt (but it's definitly not the same, dylan blue is sweeter, thicker than sauvage edp)
I have both and like them however VDB lasts and projects much longer than Dior. Diors alcohol content is higher so it kinda stings the nose for the first minutes after spraying on oneself. Versaci is more masculine. Dior is more clean shower gel-like.

I bought Dylan blue because of the hype …. Wore it to work …. Got told my new aftershave smelt cheap when they usually say I smell nice lol …. Got home and spoke to my little 5 year old and she said I smelt like an old lady …. Sold the bottle on eBay …. It definitely doesn’t work on my skin 😂

What is in Dylan Blue that makes it smell like old man? Not knocking it but it just has a note that I feel like belongs on an older guy. Like 40 and up. I’m 34 and I won’t wear it. Was surprised you think they are so similar in scent dna. I don’t get that at all but I am new to the fragrance world

I have both. Well can't agree for a projection. Dylan Blue projects little less than Dior Sauvage. Sauvage and Dylan blue are pretty close in longevity. Only that Sauvage stays on skin much more than Dylan Blue. In general... both are for all year around, all occasions. Dior smells better and more natural overal. That's true.

Dylan Blue isn't for me. I really liked Sauvage when it first came out and my feelings haven't changed. Though, I might go with Luna Rossa Carbon once I go thru my bottle of Sauvage.
