- Welcome back to another Flight Attendant Life vlog. In this vlog, I deadhead on a flight to Dallas, where I have to quarantine in my hotel room. Then I work a practically empty flight back to Miami on the Boeing 777 aircraft. Once, I get home, I finish making my home made croissants!

It's all about the layers...using the cold surface and working quickly so the butter does not melt while working with it, is key!

I agree with others that longer blogs are great! We need more blogs though to get through this quarantine! You are my very favorite blogger and I love it when John and your mom are in the videos. More baking videos would be great until you are flying more again. I’ve been doing a lot of baking myself! Hubby says he’s going to get fat during this quarantine. I can’t believe you are still having to fly. I pray that you will stay well and not get this awful virus. Love you. Hugs to all of you.

Love the home vlogs and 15 to 20 minutes would be great. That's easy for me to say with all the behind scenes work you have to put into each vlog, editing etc. But it's always a good end product and enjoyable to watch.
Baking, again good to see the different processes involved in baking your croissants but all that effort, energy and patience for 6 of them.

When your pastry cracks, home made or store bought, just keep some water handy and use clean fingers to dampen the dough a little. And keep baking....

_Your coissants looked yummy. Congrats on being off 'reserves' for April. I'd imagine even with twelve years of being with AA, there are many flight attendants in MIA that have more tenure. My neighbor also flys for AA, and even with his extensive seniority, he still has to do reserves for his PHX domicile. Hope to see you in the sky after the world gets through this pandemic._
