what are the Ducts on the inside the Bumper...and will these ducts in the M style Bumper?
For cooling the front brakes. I’m not sure, check out realoem.com and check part numbers

Pork Chop??? It's called the Brake Cooling Duct.
You should use proper pry tools so as not to damage the plastic rivets.
You say “you may have some rivets on the pork chop (?) liner”, but the video shows you removing bolts!
