I bought the carbon defiant 34 when it first came out. I agree with pretty much everything you stated. The only thing I haven't liked about the bow was the quiver. There wasn't enough threads to keep it attached securely. I ended up completely taking the upper assembly apart and building my own for a more stable attachment. This also took away the vibration I got from the other arrows when I shot. I shot my elk this year at 35 yards, and my FMJs had a clean pass through. Great review. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new bow. Keep the videos coming.
Just ordered the Defiant 34 with Black Out Riser and Ridge Reaper Camo limbs. Amazing bow! Super smooth with a great balance and back wall. A bowhunters and 3D shooters dream! Great luck with yours! Appreciate your videos!
I have the exact same bow with a QAD rest and an Axcel Accutouch pro sight. Love it! is an understatement. It is smooth, quite, and very forgiving to shoot.

I really dig the Defiant series of bows. Shot them all, and they felt really good. But I personally went with the Carbon Spyder Turbo, it just feels better to me for some reason. Hope you have a successful season with that bow! I almost killed my first deer with my bow the other day!

i bought the Pro Defiant 30.5 and it shoot amazing. I use to shoot the Bowtech rpm 360 and comparison between the two the Hoyt blows bowtech out of the water.
Have the defiant 30. Creme de la creme for me. Have it maxed at 65 right now (cam range is 55-65). Was about to purchase the elite (i have a preference for a solid backwall) but the elite cams have this heavy load before it sinks and set to where your full draw length is. The defiant was less aggressive w the heavy loading, hence i went with it.
just got the turbo all blacked out and its smooth as butter I'm a 27 inch draw and i have it at 68 lb the thing is a monster when it comes to power and balance is best yet I'm coming from a cabon element by hoyt and just the difference alone in the tec is amazing if you don't like you sight try hog father by hoggspotter
It was between this and the elite synergy for me. I chose the elite but they feel very similar. The elite tunes better but the Hoyt balances better. :*
I just had major spine surgery and now I'm shooting on the 40 lb limbs on the 34" carbon defiant 😩. What poundage did you start with, and what's the best way to build those muscles to pull higher DW's?
I am more of a Bear guy but hey whatever makes your hair grow. Have you had it tested for FPS with those limbs? just curious. Was thinking of getting my wife one but don't want her to be too intimidated as that bow looks quite large and in charge. Even with the smaller limbs.

Trophy Ridge lightened up those sights a bit, I have a new react one pro. That big gold knob for elevation was on older models

I shot one of the 2016 Elite models and had the same experience. I did not like how heavy and building the draw was on that bow either!
This is the 2nd sexiest bow in regards to looks and performance ...my first bow I love is the Bowtech Invasion

I hate when people complain that a 34 inch bow is too long! Like if your worried about 3 or 4 inches of added length, you got bigger problems..

For the sight try spot hogg hunter 5 pin which is i find very solid and light weight and avoid the torque

Why the Defiant over the Halon X? Weight? I got the Halon 6 because the Defiant 30 didn't appeal to me based on the draw cycle of each.

Colorado is pretty easy to get a tag. There are monsters all over the western states.

IMO the Nitrum was a much better Bow. But they all suck compared to anything Obsession makes.
