Don’t think you’re able to use blues with welfare units. It’s still a catch if it’s the emergency vehicle required and attending a scene.
Incident was the major boat fire in Torquay.

Fire & Rescue Services have a norm to not permit the use of blue lights and sirens to return and bring the Welfare pod to an incident.
