I had somewhat of a similar experience. Fought 2 guys locking in da downhill, reported 1 who got banned and asked to report the other. Mods told me to send the clip of the other and I did, stating I had more proof if it wasn't enough. It's like they went afk or something, or just stalled until the person left the game. Another mod took over the ticket If I'm remembering correctly and swiftly told me something like "We can't do anything as they are not in game, and that's not enough proof." I barley got a chance to see that before he closed the ticket. I suspect it was the mods locking or at least one of his friends and he didn't want to be banned. I know they're both apart of void falls but it just made me not wanna play da downhill anymore and I switched to playing Da Strike. This was awhile ago, but it sems like the mods have gotten better since then, hopefully this situation gets resolved.
