aim training is always a thing, but in my opinon the best way to improve your aim is just to enjoy playing these types of games. just go into the game, have fun, and try to utilize your aim mostly, (meaning like don't camp or use guns like grenade launcher or rpg, although they are great for trolling 💀) just try to focus a little bit on your aim and you will slowly start to improve.

i use a pretty low sens, 0.05 with 800 dpi. just use what you are used to. i would say that low sens probably isn't the way to go bc there can be a lot of fast movements in this game
The sniper bullet speed is a little slow, so try to focus on where people will be a little bit. And pair it with a good secondary bc if they get up close you might be cooked
