I am unsure of the constant pushing the weeds into the lower stream as then they become the problem of those living downstream. Is there no other solution, as these also cover the rivers in Asia as well? Is there no way to use them as landfill or other methods, where investment into recycling them would make or create an industry if they are so plentiful?
They also taking care the downstream.
Recycling isnt an industry.....it just loses money and is a complete waste of time.
