Found your channel after watching videos about Mason Hereford and I LOVE your channel. Please please please keep reviewing cook books. Maybe do some videos on classic cook books like "Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking by Marcella Hazan"? Love your breakdowns, really helps me before I decide to purchase a book. Just watched your video on the Aaron Franklin cookbook and your video alone is gonna make me buy it.
Stumbled upon your channel today. Excellent analysis in all your videos. One thing I would like you to comment on for some of the books is how "cookable" are the recipes in terms of ingredients, equipment, and technique relative to the home cook (which you can feel free to define). And I would like to suggest for the next review: The Palestinian Table by Reem Kassis.
*hey welcome back. Please do a 3 sec ONLY flip thru of all books you review and show the front, back cover and how thick the book is so that we can make a more informed decision when buying that book.*
It seems like you've left the channel for now but I would love to see you return, I've been learning to cook for the first time this past year and your videos have really helped me find cookbooks that have inspired me and taught me so much. You are THE cookbook reviewer :) wishing you the best!
