True, I personally think his wifes unfortunate passing had something to do with his sudden appearance in so many films one after the other. Seems like he decided to throw himself into his work to help cope.

If it isn’t a community college, the university is a private organization(business) so they can charge w.e they want and increase it because they know the government will give out the loan to people who want to attend, and the loan can’t be forgiven or you can’t claim bankruptcy to get rid of it. That’s why universities don’t care how much they charge. Really messed up but what can you do. That’s why many people are choosing to be in business for themselves or go to trade school instead. Universities are high end robbers at this point.
It's a matter of supply and demand. When you have millions of students from all over the world applying to your university and there are not enough quality universities, those top universities can charge whatever the hell they want.

I remember watching this movie. Honestly the tension built up throughout was a lot better than the actual payoff, but it was still quite an enjoyable flick at the least.
The ending is just some Cop telling him his family is safe because they arrested 3 men outside? That’s so anti-climatic. You just caught them? They must’ve not that big of a threat…
I think Joanna is a whistle-blower protector & used Liam to help the gurl. No harm was going to come to his family but she needed someone neutral to flush out the mole w/in an organization he used to work for. Just my measly opinion lol 🤷♀️.

A tiny bit of foreshadowing I just noticed is that when Mike tells Alex about Johanna and what she's making him do, nothing happens to him and, in a way, it hints that Alex is working with Johanna or the group she's with
Ended up watching the movie after listening to the first two and a half mins of the recap. Movie was well done and love seeing Liam Neeson do these longer action scenes in continuous takes.
I like to think this is the same Liam Neeson character from Non-Stop, and he has a hard time taking public transportation without being contacted on the phone by someone who wants to mess with him.
