Nice set up. I’ve got a custom lithium ultra slim100amp in my next gen raptor. Super tidy install but same thing with the jack but no rubbing. Ausmotion make a nice panel replacement for the ford original
😂 What a classic! I bought a TI-L Patrol and I used to watch your videos until you sold it. I've just sold mine and ordered a Raptor and was doing a search on dual batteries and HGT came up! It seems you have good taste in vehicles, so just subscribed 👍
Good job lads, the only thing i would suggest it brace the fridge side from under the tub, i haven't been under a raptor but other duel cabs the tub can and will warp and buckle over extended corrugations or big hits
Hey mate Glad checked out this video again ! Been questioning my install weekend of my duel battery iTechworld box I cam down same side you guys have in this video at 3:11 and noticed you guys too ran over that electrical type box when what I assume is the body mounts. I’ve got it in split tubing but was worried about that spot and any potential crush risks ? And also ran some wiring over the fuel tank cabled off to that orange main hardness still best I can. Any issues in that you think ? Still got the 80amp blade fuse Picked up the M6 stud is recommends in Manuel but that is also got my hsp rollover cover too Fine for them to share a stud you think ?? Any helps appreciated. Always love your vids Also picked up the ignition wire from passenger kick panel and just used narva crimp as heard a fuse isn’t needed ?
Thanks mate. I've had no issues with pinching. the m6 stud should be more than adequate. i just like the add a circuts because they are a simple way to get trigger
Great video mate, I had quick one. What size tech screws did you use? I’ve got the same problem with my wildtrak with the slide I’m about to purchase the same fridge and going to tech screw the slide in-as the ARB elements 60L is one of the lowest height fridges on the market, the other being the evakool.
Awesome video mate! What accessories other than the fridge and kickass box are you running off the battery? Happy with the 100 amp or wish you had a bit more?
Well done guys on the video and the install. Could you advise what is your preference is now to secure the battery instead of using the Offroad Downunder battery tray? cheers and keep the videos coming.
I highly rate it. It’s flawless, no issues at all. Lithium is definitely the go. When we eventually do the next one it’ll be a super slim battery with the cradle this is just a little thick on how it sits behind the seat
@@HappyGoTravelthinking of getting exactly same set up like you but a bigger fridge. What is the height from the fridge slide to the lowest point of the hard lid? Please tell me it’s more than 475mm.😂
either way there was going to be holes. they are still holding up perfectly. if they ever start to fail we will drill larger holes and rivnut and bolt where the tech screws are currently

Things like this make me look forward to the Ineos Grenadier
Excellent setup

Ice video Thanks. Can you make rear window to go down like in Tundra. That would be a game changer 🎉
I ordered a set of widebody predator flares, should come up alright 👍
Be nice to see an Anderson on the Kickass switch panel
I realised after filming I didn’t get the footage but there is one on the bottom of the box
good job boys,im installing same set up and was wondering where did you conect dc dc charger ignition wire .
Thank you
Hey guys, can you tell me what model / size Dunn and Watson fridge slide you picked?
off the top of my head i think it was 1400 x590
Hey mate

Yeah top stuff, who needs to pay someone when can do yourself.

And did you drill pilot holes for the tech screws at all?
Awesome video mate!
What accessories other than the fridge and kickass box are you running off the battery? Happy with the 100 amp or wish you had a bit more?
just the fridge camp lights and charging phones. 100ah lithium is perfect for this
Well done guys on the video and the install. Could you advise what is your preference is now to secure the battery instead of using the Offroad Downunder battery tray? cheers and keep the videos coming.
I’d just make a plate where the jack is. Two Nutserts, eye bolts and a strap. It’d cost about $20 to make it work
@@HappyGoTravel Thanks for getting back to me. Keep the mods coming guys.
How are you guys finding the 100ah lithium from Itech world?
I highly rate it. It’s flawless, no issues at all. Lithium is definitely the go. When we eventually do the next one it’ll be a super slim battery with the cradle this is just a little thick on how it sits behind the seat
Great work, this might be a silly question but did you tech screw the slide into the body of the tub, or just the tub liner. Thanks
into the tub its self. its a spray liner in the Raptor
Awesome video m8. What rims and tyres are you running?
hey mate these are methods with 35" Nitto mts
Good video Where did you get the fridge slide from
Thanks mate ✌️it’s a Dunn and Watson slide
Great video, just picked up my raptor 4 days ago, is the fridge slide the 1325 extra long one?
@@HappyGoTravelthinking of getting exactly same set up like you but a bigger fridge. What is the height from the fridge slide to the lowest point of the hard lid? Please tell me it’s more than 475mm.😂
Where did you end up fitting the DCDC charger? Next to the battery or under the seat?
Forgot to say, nice vid!
thanks mate, we just left it under the seat
Awesome vid. Just wondering if there is enough space for a dual batt under the hood?
You could get creative and make it work. This is just an easy option with dual cab utes
The Diesel V6's have a slot ready to go under the bonnet. Really neat design choice.
@@HappyGoTravel just worried about it being under the seat while the lil one is i. The car seat
@@mrhappy9911 that’s fair enough. There are a heap of good options that you could mount in the tub
Any issues with opening the tailgate with the lid down or damaging the seal with the load lid?
It’s roughed it up a little but nothing of major concern
I do not think I would have these guys touch anything electrical for me If they stuffed up with the wire gauge in the first place.
not sure about tech screws in a nice expensive raptor
either way there was going to be holes. they are still holding up perfectly. if they ever start to fail we will drill larger holes and rivnut and bolt where the tech screws are currently
You guys from queensland?
Nah we’re from NSW near Newcastle
