- I am so thankful and blessed to say my husband has purchased our new home, and we are moving in soon! Come along with us as we get the keys and tour our new empty home! I need decorating ideas, so please let me know what you would do with any of these spaces

Did you upgrade the countertops? I am building out in verrado 😊 I want to upgrade my cabinets to all white and to white quartz countertops…that’s all Iam willing to upgrade!
Hi Jade. Thanks for watching! No, these were builder grade. I think the dark cabinets make the colors more appealing. Otherwise, we would've gone with the white quartzite as well.

I just had my electric appointment this week and I couldn’t believe how much it was just to add the ceiling fan hookups in each room 😑 the builder gave us 10k of “free” money for the design center so I’m just willing to spend that haha! And thank you!! The house should be done in April 🙏
10k, that's awesome! This is an espresso color on the cabinets. I understand completely because each fan was like $300 or $500. We only got 1 and are going to get someone else to put them up. They are ridiculous with prices!
I love how wide the entry is. Some of them look like a skinny tunnel. Wow that pantry! With your big family that will come in handy. I think I'd be tempted to switch the living room space for the dining room space. Wonderful house tour, thank you!

You should give the teen boys the room with the walk in closet. It seems bigger.
I thought about it. That room has the guest bathroom attached and we're using that closet for her strollers, walkers and toys. We'll see how they manage and switch them in the future if it doesn't work out. Thanks for watching and for the suggestion. I appreciate it!
