  • In this gentle yoga session led by Bridgid Hess, the focus is on the concept of being perceived merely as data, algorithms, or statistics. She reminding us that we are living energy fields, human beings living an existence in a physical body.
    She invites us to cultivate greater self-compassion and to make choices that align with our true selves. Following the yoga practice, she also teaches a healing meditation using the Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung mantra.
