No they will not need. You use the country of birth for eligibility and not Zambia. Current address is what will be Zambia if at the time of application you are in zambia

i halloo @verified so..my question is based on birth certificate .in Kenya the birth certificate comes with two names then the surname is chosen from either the fathers name or mothers/maiden name, in filling the diversity application do you take the surname/family name from either the father or mother as they appear on your passport,,thank you

If you went through the immigration, you have to mention coz they have your records
