Absolutely beautiful I've had five of these cars from 1974 to 1989, just got rid of my last Caprice last year sold it less than a day to a movie company got top dollar for it as well, but very nice car always wanted a black one landau with the same interior and roof
Yep they are very nice and desirable. Thanks for watching.
Love these! I have a 79' powder blue, all orig, 2nd owner, 305, garaged etc. He's got me beat on mileage by a little bit. But still pure joy!
Thanks for watching.
Wow, it's hard to believe there are still these completely original cars of this age and older around, what a beautiful example, thanks for the video and also Kevin.
I agree. Thanks for watching.
nice car. beautiful condition in the "right" colors. I have a '77 which could be its big brother.
👍Thanks for watching.
The bent rear window on the coupes was offered for THREE years (1977-1979) not two as stated.
@@salbongiorno8605 Thanks Sal. Thanks for watching Sal.
Nice! Leave it exactly as it is.
Agreed. Thanks for watching.
That window reminds of the Monte Carlo aerocoupes.
Now that you mention it....it does. Thanks for watching Matt.
I had the same 1978 Caprice car but not a landau in the light blue color. And you are right about the rear tail lights being different because the 1979 models had the reverse lights below the brake lights. The 78 lights look the best man i miss that car i should it to a neighbor and he got it towed and junked smh. Wish i still had it now but i got a 1988 Caprice Brougham in mint condition 🙂
Sold it*
88 Caprice in mint cond. Nice. Thanks for watching.
@@Mikesclassicautoworld yes indeed and no problem.
WOW 👌 👌 THAT'S BEAUTIFUL CAR..
I agree. Thanks for watching Martha.
Beautiful car! I would imagine that curved rear window gives you much better blind spot coverage when changing lanes. I love the color contrast and that reversal of the rag top on the front instead of rear, is quite different!
I agree. Thanks for watching Mario.
Beautiful Caprice ! I owned many GM B bodies over the years and the downsized Caprice Classics looked sharp especially the 2 door coupes from 77 to 79 . I would love to get a 77 to 79 Caprice Classic to complement my 81 Oldsmobile Delta 88 sedan which I own and drive regularly .
Thanks for watching.

The coupe with that back window was made from 77-79, either in an Impala, Caprice Classic or Caprice Landau. I own a 1978 Caprice Classic Coupe with 28k original miles. Great cars, 🚙

They gotta be a great daily. Comfort and reilable power train. You can't go wrong. Police and cabbies loved them and they drove them hard everyday. This coupe is special so good luck finding one.
Im curious if those are the proper tires? What size are they? The fit the gap pretty good.
