The green stuff is definitely aloe vera The little black seeds look like flaxseeds Not sure what the brown stuff is, but probably some sort of sugar, probably caramel, brown sugar, syrup, or honey, or a mixture of them Well, you could make a drink that takes like that with just aloe vera and syrup (any kind really, but I personally recommend coconut), the flaxseeds are there for extra appeal (the texture is nice) BTW you could also cut the aloe vera into cubes for aesthetics Just make sure to cut their spiky sides and wait until their mucus comes off for like half an hour The mucus is great for skin and hair, but the taste is kinda weird imo
