Please explain how to do this in Photoshop Camera Raw filter as in photoshop it doesn't shows the shadow highlights & white values in percentage , it shows the rgb numeric values.
You can easily convert these values. After all, RGB 8bit is 256 different values (0-255); you can basically multiply or divide by 2.5 to get your results. For instance, his 5% brightness for the shadows would be around 12-13 for you.
