Ive done other things too but those are just the ones that really worked. Silicone ear plugs like the Macks brand are the best for blocking stomping and ceiling squeaking sounds good enough to sleep through it. I buy a Giant store brand kind which work way better than macks used to work before they made them smaller

Something I just learned is have your phone volume all the way up. Unfortunately cell phones don’t record how loud we are stuck hearing it above us.

I'm surprised your ceiling hasn't caved in from them pounding there feet into the floor. I use to live in a down stairs apartment and my upstairs neighbors was a gymnast the mother and teen daughter both made my ceiling flexing up and down from them exercising. My ceiling lights flicker and pictures vibrate to where they fell off the walls and it got worse when her daughter invited 8 gymnast friends of hers i now live in a country town in a house far away from neighbors it's peaceful and quite to

im dealing with the same thing also. whats sad the 2 parents with a 2 year old walk back and forth for hours, excatly 1130 pm 2 year old runs up and down the apt, also the parents are no bigger then 160 lbs but sounds like someone is 500 lbs walking back and forth, very annoying and unnecessary
