Saying this when she spoke about her culture and comedy being Muslim it reminded me of my best friend who is the most westernised Muslim I know absolute great lad loves a drink too respects his culture but was also born in east London and also loves the English culture

In regards to rich people "dressing poor" : it's about the confidence of not having to impress anyone. A self made millionaire once said to me: The only person I need to impress is the banker when I ask for another loan to build my business, he's the only one that needs to know I'm doing well. And in terms or clothing or "dressing poor", some might still indulge in the finer things, but they'll be inconspicuous, for example look at Loro Piana suits: No big logo, nothing too outlandish, just the finest materials and a neutral shape. Anyway, a lot of the people nowadays buy stuff but they can't afford the lifestyle that comes with that brand. It's a rat race of trying to fit in...
