I have got Masters equivalency through CES ECA and IELTS overall 7 score with no band less than 6. I am confused as shall I go for a diploma or a certificate course in HR? I am planning for a 2 years course which could get me PGWP of 3 year. Goal is to get a PR in the long run.
Hi Pradeep, That's a good question! I'd suggest you to apply for PR. Doesn't matter if your job is non-HR, All you need is NOC O,A or B. But if that doesn't work, Then go for a diploma course that would definitely help you in the PR. Good luck

It's better you do it from Canada as it varies province wise, CPHR is the one you need , check the requirements online

Hello, I'm in my 3rd year of Bachlor of management studies (BMS) specialization in human resources. My over all goal is to be an HR professional in Canada. After completing my current degree i was thinking about Post graduation diploma in HR from a good but affordable college in canada while doing a part time job to cover my daily expenses. After that i will be targeting for MBA in HR. Do you have any tips for my plan or should i do certain changes??? (My score in current degree will be between 70% to 80%)
Also i'm really passionate about work which i'm involved in Eg: I was the member of social media team for 1.5 years, Now i'm social Media Head of college for 1.5 years, Class Representative of my batch 1 year, President of Human Resorces Club 1 year, working as unpaid intern in human resources club for 1 year. Hi Pradeep, That's a good question! I'd suggest you to apply for PR. Doesn't matter if your job is non-HR, All you need is NOC O,A or B.
But if that doesn't work, Then go for a diploma course that would definitely help you in the PR. Good luck
