I found a large clear plastic tote on the highway with a hole cracked in the bottom corner. I turned it over and covered a few plants ( mums)that were doing poorly on my patio and they all thrived! The moisture and warmth did the trick!
Very interesting how you raised the cloche up with the leca 👍🏾 I had to throw my leafless stem in a cloche because it was dying in ambient humidity. It’s flourishing but I need to give it fresh air occasionally like you mentioned. It’s in the back of my shelf because I was so irritated with it lol. Like you said with the right humidity it’s an easy one.
Thank you for doing the video. I bought a plant like that. And it looks like it is dying on me. I will cover it and see if I can safe it. I think it was not enough humidity. Thank you
Hi Bill: I do not have any begonias. They require too much humidity which I cannot provide. Living in an apartment, space is a commodity. However, what you have done is beautiful. After completion, it looks a though the two pieces of glass were meant to be together. Air will get in without really having to lift the upper part. Great idea.
Making me want to try this one! I have a grow tent but after I set it up I ended up with covid then broke my upper right arm. Still having a rough time. But my cane begonias love the grow tent. Just bought a Begonia from Steve’s Leaves only because it shares my first name! It’s Catherine Too. Had to buy it

My favorite begonias are rex begonias, particularly the opalescent ones.
How is it doing now one year later? Lovely video!
I wonder if you have an update of this plant after one year. Traditionally it’s not recommended to repot these type of begonia in such a large pot.
Don’t you just love being able to repot outside? I sure do.🌸💚🙃
Its the best!!! And clean up is a breeze...lol literally...lol
,no conozco otro idioma, puede ser en español
I tried this plant. It melted in a day
Begonia Tiger paws
I'll have to look into that one
