I believe it's 01E diesel gearbox from Audi A6 C5 2.5TDI V6. It's the most common choice for 2.2t with power like that and fits perfectly. Handles up to 1000hp without probs.

Looks like bolt-ons, so probably not too much (considering the power he's getting).

Wayyyy too much one off stuff in that engine bay. Find me a radiator setup like that you can just bolt on lol.
