Well said, Cole. It's an integrity issue. It's not necessarily the rule change itself, it's how it happened.

precisely, the rule change is how it should have been originally, its just not okay to set the precedent of changing the rule with 2 weeks left in the season because the they overlooked the possibility of this situation happening before the season started. As a KSU fan, if they win out, OSU absolutely deserves their spot in the title game by beating the Cats and OU, it's just a bad look to change it during the season.

    Love the comma question.

The 3-way tie breaker should be strength of schedule period.
Head to head arguments can go multiple ways.

Big12 took the corporate approach to the tie breaker announcement. Busted. Go KSU!

This conference, as operated from Dallas, has met my expectations. No screw up is too big for tx.

Big Twelve Tie breaker bovine scatology. There, I said it and didn't curse.

Cole, Beasley also replaced Bishop at Iowa State to pull put the win at Iowa State. People forget that Bishop was losing that game and Beas brought us back for the win.

With all due respect, that was Beasley losing us the game at Iowa State (down 28-7 at the half), and Adam Helm came off the bench and led the comeback win (35-28 final score). Bishop was a New England Patriot by the time that game was played in 1999. Both Iowa State games when Bishop was starting were easy blowout wins: 28-3 in Ames in 1997 and 52-7 in Manhattan in 1998. It was a one-off for Helm, though. He temporarily won the starting job thanks to leading the comeback, only to lay an egg at Texas the next game, and Beasley came off the bench to win that game for us.

Absolutely love all of the little subtle digs but honestly don’t understand the carpool reference

Ku twitter guy was calling Dy poor for car pooling to games on occasion

I think the rule was written the way it was, because KSU could have beat OU and OSU could have lost to Texas, but those games were not played. If they were, and that happened, it would have been KSU in. The way it was written takes strength of schedule out of it a little bit because we see how teams fared against the same teams. If you don't like it, change it... next year.

This is going to be K-State's Statement Game, another 30-point margin. Time for a kick return.

Well, you were half right! We did get a kick return for a score. It looked like a throwback to Snyderball! I'm just glad we won, by whatever margin!
